With over 75 units, McCarty Property Investments (MPI) continues to grow and work hard to exceed our clients’ expectations. The MPI team strives to uphold personal service with each of our tenants, by using the latest technology to maintain our records and hard work to manage our properties. MPI has several different and unique units located in all areas of Columbia to better meet the needs of those wishing to live in Columbia.
McCarty Property Investments was started in 2005 by the husband and wife team of Jon and Brooke McCarty. Brooke specializes in leasing and tenant management. She is also a licensed and active Missouri Real Estate Broker with Weichert Realtors. As a Real Estate lender for Veterans United, Jon focuses on the financial aspects and maintenance of the properties.
Brooke is a graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a BSBA degree and emphasis in Marketing. Jon is a graduate of Central Missouri State University. He has a BSBA degree with an emphasis in Management.
